Life- I'm a dairy farmer. Sunday morning I go inside shower and get nice and clean. Go to church in Dickies and tshirt. May look plain to some but for me that's dressing up vs stubbies and singlet. I think it's about making an effort for God but it looks very different for us all.

I have reflected on this issue. I'm 50, I've been brought up to dress tidily with clean shoes whenever I leave home. But for church I try not to dress up too much because I believe we should all 'come as we are'. I don't care what the church's vibe is.

Life, hi guys, me again! At our old church my husband wore a suit when on duty ushering and I wore dressy clothes. Nowadays hubby wears tshirt and jeans, I wear a dress or 'tidy casual' clothes, certainly not trackpants and hoody! I agree with Tabs that it does feel a bit like a respect thing. 😊 Dianne
