Life. Hi there, there’s a red sign on the back roads of Masterton in the north island near Gladstone.
It says “BEWARE DECEPTIVE BEND AHEAD”
I often wonder if people whose second language is English, trying to understand what Deceptive means.
Even I had to look up the Oxford dictionary for the meaning and English is my first language.
It cracks me up every time.

LIFE FM : what that man says is not true about "The Lord does not command us to bear fruit.." - The Lord just reminded me of TWO verses that contradict him. The 3rd is like them :
#1 - "I have appointed you to GO and bear fruit.."
#2 - "DO the work of an evangelist.."
#3 - "in season & out of season BE ready to have an answer for those who question you about the hope that is in you.."
If we are not bearing fruit then we must stop & return to The Source before we are rebuked.

.RHEMA Four blankets I made for MWB left Orewa on 25 June, with 24 others, and 40-50 Jumpers for children Anne Bishop had knitted.
Also it is nonsense the Bible isn't a New Zealand book, as the Hope Project has worked hard to prove New Zealand was based on the Bible. Burn the Koran and everything else (that other nonsense) though.

No to 16 year old voting
1) influence of those at school - there are narratives that are pushed at school and if 16 years can vote, political narratives are more likely to be pushed by teachers.
2) my niece would have voted a small issue that affected her, and only that issue - against the party looking to bring in 'no cellphones in schools'.
