I'd say the definition of fizzy is a carbonated drink so yes flavored water is fizzy.
But I think that's not the important question here. The intention behind abstaining from fizzy I'm guessing is because how bad it is for health?

LIFE I ALWAYS wear compression stockings on long haul flights and do laps up and down the aisles! Helps with the swollen ankles lol and I started wearing them in my mid 20s and am now 32. Wouldn’t fly without them!

Our 1980's Toyota Town Ace got to over 350,000kms when we sold it to a young couple who were travelling. Used to see it around Nekson sometimes It's probably still going strong. We later regretted letting it go.
